Inspection Fee $75 (First Half Hour)
For all service work completed outside of a warranty or if no fault found or software fault if system is under warranty (i.e. if a component has been diagnosed by a customer as faulty and no fault is found an inspection fee will be charged)
A comprehensive report can be provided including an assessment of the damages for insurance purposes for an additional fee depending on requirements.
Data Transfer, System Backup (Est. 1 - 2 Hours)
Covers retrieval and back up of existing information to a single folder. In some cases, not all data can be retrieved due to corrupt or invalid files.
Component Installation (Est. 30mins - 2 Hours)
Installation and testing of standard components, such as that shiny new graphics car, power supplies, or upgrading your pc in full.
Software Installation (Est. 30mins - 1 Hours)
Installation of software as per the individual software end user license agreement. We will also assist with on-line activation or installation as required.
Spyware / Virus removal (Est. 1 - 3 Hours)
Includes inspection and detection of vulnerable devices. We will also determine and complete the removal of the spyware or virus.
Email Setup & Configuration (Est. 30mins - 1 Hours)
Includes setting up your email, transferring emails and backing up emails.
Next Day Express Service - $75 Surcharge
When you choose priority booking for your computer repairs, our team will prioritize your machine. This is available for all systems with or without warranty.
Onsite Service Fee - $75 per 30 mins.
Home user or a Business, or somewhere in-between, our onsite service rates are the same.
Weekend Service Fee Surcharges
if you request for your service job to be completed over a weekend a surcharge will be applied to the labour that is billed for those periods, on Saturdays it's a surcharge of 10%, on Sundays & Public Holidays it's a surcharge of 25%.
