Getting a new computer is always two things: firstly, it is of course extremely exciting but then it’s also a little bit daunting. The great news is that it doesn’t have to be! We’ll come out to you and set up your new machine onsite where you want it and how you want it. Here are some of the things we’d recommend for connecting your new computer:
Remove unwanted programs and trialware
Many new computers come with programs and trialware – which is free, trial software that’s installed on your machine in the factory, that you didn’t ask for and probably don’t have a need for. We’ll check with you before removing it to speed up your machine and prevent those annoying pop-ups.
Perform system updates
Because of the delay between their manufacture and your purchase, many new computers will need to have the latest Windows (or other) operating system updates installed as soon as they’re taken out of the box. Avoid the headache and let us do it for you!
Software installation
